To be frank, there were all too many real estate agents who were moonlighting as property managers without the experience necessary or the time needed to properly manage rental properties.
Our company has dedicated in-house property managers who work specifically with our clients and our own properties. These property managers are trained to provide excellent response times to Tenants & Clients. Our managers are quick to handle any maintenance requests by assigning work orders through our content management system to our preferred list of registered, vetted, and approved vendors and sub-contractors.

From 2010 through 2016 our company managed and maintenance over 800 residential properties under the HUD 3.0 3p contract. When we found a severe lack of competent property management companies, we made the decision to use our previous experience to fill the void.
