Our tenants are screened extensively, credit checks, background checks, employment & ID Verification, income verification, personal references, past landlord references (we verify the landlord is the actual property owner or manager too), and simple intuition.
Overall of our properties, we have a 2-4% annual eviction rate. We can’t predict the future, but we can do everything in our power to be proactive.
