Our approach to property management is very black and white. We have strict rules and procedures that have worked for us since the beginning, and we do not stray from these rules.

 

We utilize multiple, individual, in house, dedicated property managers to ensure we never become over encumbered and to uphold our promise to our clients of excellent communication.

Finding handymen and contractors with open schedules who also do excellent work is a nearly impossible task. The ones with open schedules are usually not very good and the good ones are booked out constantly and not available for maintenance requests. 

Renpro employee’s numerous in-house remodeling crews and maintenance staff. Renpro is not just a property management company, we are also a real estate investment company and because of this we are able to keep multiple maintenance and remodel crews on full-time. When we have a maintenance request or major repair, we’re ready.

Our tenants are screened extensively, credit checks, background checks, employment & ID Verification, income verification, personal references, past landlord references (we verify the landlord is the actual property owner or manager too), and simple intuition. 

Overall of our properties, we have a 2-4% annual eviction rate. We can’t predict the future, but we can do everything in our power to be proactive.
